Dear Sir or Madame: The web site for the Boucheron "Precious Moments" contest invites visitors to return on the 16th of July, in order to learn the name of the winner. Well, that deadline has now pased and the winner has not been announced. Do you know who won the contest? Sincerely, [:-)] Mark Mark Zajac

That's pretty neat Boucheron is trying to engage web 2.0. I just went over and tried it out, and the site is beautiful and I look forward to seeing the winner submissions on the site soon. That said, a couple of minor criticism: 1) there's a typo at the "thank you/confirmation" page in the English version: the offending word is "contest." and 2) Even though I deliberately chose not to receive newsletters, the confirmation email I received had no mention of the contest but only the confirmation for newsletters... I would suggest to folks at Boucheron to make sure their follow-through messages are as neatly packaged as the website itself.
