BOF, Where is your analysis on the state of fashion? We are not interested about your opinions on the fashion collections. We want to know about the survival strategy in this new depression. And please stop referring us to other sites, for example, you continue to post the headline news from Women’s Wear Daily for us but you provide no insight of your own. You are the business of fashion right?
Hi I thought this might be something you might be interested in for a post. I just being on this site called Amuso.com and there is a contest called Glamour Girl Headshot Contest. The contest is to find the next glamour model. All you have do is enter your headshot and get people to vote for your entry. Here’s the link: http://www.amuso.com/gameshows/beauty/Glamour-Girl-Headshot-Photo-Contest?ref=i/GS Keep up the awesome work on the blog. Greg Salter
@artefact212: Stay tuned for our thoughts on the market meltdown and its impact on fashion — and as BoF is a more of a moonlighting gig, we also have a full-time work to attend to during fashion week, so please be patient. In the meantime, you can check out our interview with Faith Popcorn, which has some great insights for what companies should focus on in these tough economic times. As for the Headline links to other sites, Robert Cordero, our News Editor, does a really great job and the Daily Digest has become one of the most popular elements of BoF. That said, our new redesign will incorporate this in a way that allows the BoF community to filter the content that is most interesting to them.
