		<description>Agree with you Lauren. I went on the opening evening and even felt a bit proud being an ex Shepherd&#039;s Bush girl. It did feel a bit like being in an airport - you know that feeling of being in a bubble, detached from the outside world and money isn&#039;t real money and you feel you *have* to spend something (or maybe that&#039;s just me?). I must say I didn&#039;t notice people shopping on that evening. I haven&#039;t been since but keep meaning to. It&#039;s a bit of a faff for me to get to but if I was local I&#039;d rather shop there than the West End. PS, Fire &amp; Stone is excellent for pizzas!</description>

I think of malls as done with because of the recession and deservedly so due to their horrendous effects on urban planning (car culture, etc).  But city malls are much better than suburban ones; there&#039;s another Westfield in San Francisco, where I&#039;m from, and it&#039;s quite the tourist draw.</description>
