I loved the aggregation of this site during S/S 2010, http://www.insidethetents.com did an excellent job, it also cross correlated blog posting tagged with #nyfw.

Digital adaptation to traditional mediums is exciting. Catering collections debuts to fit sales models that fulfill instant gratification and letting consumers purchase as they see it come down the runway leads to immediate revenue and word-of-mouth marketing.

great concept...it's pretty amazing that people are creating businesses around twitter. I've been glued to twitter this fashion week and find it a great way to get in on the action since I had to sit this season out and stay in California.

I find Twitter to be incredibly useful to report news and link to those news bits instantly. But especially for huge events like Fashion Week, I think Twitpic is probably the most useful tool after Twitter. After all, text can only go so far to describe what people are seeing, thus Twitpic makes an essential addition to those attending Fashion Week, people want to see what others are seeing, even if it's not HD quality.

I guess the next step is to aggregate photos in a way that will feed us pics instantly, seamlessly, without lags, so that everyone can be glued to their computer screens for anything worth seeing. Am I wrong to assume Twitpic's usefulness?
