What i would love to see, is a built in GPS/RFID device that would allow the bag to know where it was, syncing to either a mobile or online app that would serve as not only a tracker of ones travel habits, but also as a form of progressive global concierge.  The interface would allow LV to suggest activities and adventures based upon an acquired understanding of where the bag has been, combined with your personal preferences, using a reason based logic to predict your future wants and needs.

To take this idea one step further, the app/platform could not only make suggestions but could make reservations on your behalf with the click of a link, adding appointments to your already existing calendar.

In spite of how excited i am by the idea of LV pursuing a path of this nature, i am not an LV customer, and don&#039;t see myself heading in that direction in the near future.

Does an LV customer care for a bag that can help?

Maybe Aguero would have got a start at the world cup if he hadn&#039;t broken down all his attacking moves for the worlds press... :D The serious issue here with digital media and sports brands like NIKE is who is watching the content? What demographic is watching the video online? As It&#039;s very unlikely to be a boy of 8 years of age, wanting the latest bright orange NIKE boots that Drogba is wearing...in fact, the majority will have tuned in to watch the &#039;superstars&#039; (a term I use loosely) up close and personal in a form of dialogue. I don&#039;t care how great NIKE campaigns are, I&#039;ll always stick with Adidas as they simply produce more practical sportswear that is also aesthetically and technically appealing. Perhaps NIKE should concentrate more greatly on their product and manufacturing processes than lucrative digital campaigns.</description>

For a company as big as Nike, their dedication to maintaining a close knit relationship with the &#039;street&#039; is amazing.  Goes a long way in showing that billion-dollar companies do not need to operate with a top-down mentality as much as they think.</description>
