LONDON, United Kingdom — Our Monday Mantra contains curated career advice from leading executives, entrepreneurs and creatives in conversation with BoF. Today's mantra comes from renown photographer Juergen Teller (read the full interview here).

You can't be afraid of not earning any money or of rejection. If you're open and positive, fashion can give you extraordinary access and incredible opportunities, and allow you to meet the most amazing people. If you're courageous, it will open doors and lead you to places and situations you couldn't have dreamt of.

This week, we are pleased to introduce three new partners to BoF Careers.

Founded by Aldo Bensadoun in 1972, Canadian corporation Aldo Group operates a global chain of over 1,800 shoe and accessory stores in more than 90 countries. They currently seek an e-commerce assistant buyer, and footwear and technical designer to join the ladies division at their headquarters based in Montreal. To find out more about the Aldo Group's company culture, read our Q&A with chief creative officer Douglas Bensadoun here.

Russian-American fashion designer Leon Max's namesake label takes inspiration from the English Countryside and Los Angeles. Favoured for its unique beading, embroidery and prints, the womenswear brand is hiring a social media coordinator and director of international sales to join their office in Pasadena, California.
