LONDON, United Kingdom — Our Monday Motivation contains curated career advice from leading executives, entrepreneurs and creatives in conversation with BoF. Today's mantra comes from Kevin Ma, founder of Hypebeast.com (read the full interview here):

Technology is always going to evolve and improve — so follow it.

This week, we are pleased to introduce three new partners to BoF Careers:

Louis Vuitton first began over 160 years ago as a luxury leather goods company company, founded by an artisan trunkmaker. Today it has a global reputation as one of the most iconic French fashion houses, and a name that is synonymous with savoir-faire. The brand, which has been a part of the LVMH Möet Hennessy Louis Vuitton group since 1987, has 19,000 employees across more than 65 countries around the world. The company is currently looking for a Client Service Manager France/benelux based in Brussels, Belgium, and a Merchandising Manager Watches & Jewellery for the EMEA zone, to join its offices in Paris, France.

Italian-based fashion brand Neil Barrett, founded in 2000 by its eponymous British designer, began as a menswear label and made its debut at Pitti Uomo in Milan, before launching a separate womenswear line in 2006. The brand, which combines tailoring with sportswear, now has 15 mono-brand stores, as well as being stocked in over 400 doors worldwide. It is seeking a Bags & Accessories Designer, as well as a Graphic Designer Textile, based in Milan, Italy.
