LONDON, United Kingdom — BoF compiles the most important professional moves of the week.

DKNY Taps Public School Designers
DKNY has named the founders of Public School, Dao-Yi Chow and Maxwell Osborne, its new co-creative directors. Chow and Osborne succeed Jane Chung, executive vice president of design at DKNY, who has overseen the brand's design direction since it was founded in 1989. The duo's first DKNY womenswear collection will be presented this September during New York Fashion Week. The company has also appointed Hector Muelas, formerly creative director of worldwide marketing communications at Apple, as chief image officer, a newly created role. Chow, Osborne and Muelas will report to Caroline Brown, chief executive of Donna Karan International, which owns DKNY.

Eva Chen Exits Lucky
Lucky's editor-in-chief Eva Chen is leaving the magazine after two years in the role. Last summer, Lucky was spun off in a joint venture between Condé Nast and e-commerce start-up Beachmint. The new entity is planning to shut down its print operations and transform into a fully digital outfit. Chen, a former Teen Vogue beauty director and Anna Wintour protégé, was appointed to Lucky's top editorial role in June 2013, making her the youngest editor-in-chief in Condé Nast history. She noted, on social media, that leaving the brand was an "intensely personal/difficult decision." Her next move is unknown.

DVF Names CEO
Diane von Furstenburg has named Paolo Riva the brand's first chief executive officer. Riva comes from Tory Burch, where he was the vice president of apparel and visual merchandising. Before that he worked in merchandising, marketing and product development at Valentino and Ferragamo.

Edun Appoints CEO
Edun, the ethical fashion brand founded by Ali Hewson and her husband Bono, has named Julien Labat its new chief executive officer. Labat, formerly commercial director at Carven, succeeds Janice Sullivan who is stepping down from the role after five years. In his new role, Labat will report to the Edun board in Dublin.

Schiaparelli Names Design Director
Bertrand Guyon, a seasoned couture designer currently at Valentino, is to take the reins at Schiaparelli as design director. Succeeding Marco Zanini, who left the role last November, Guyon's first collection for the couture house will be presented in Paris next July during haute couture week. Prior to Valentino, Guyon held posts at Givenchy and Christian Lacroix.

Yoox Hires Chief Financial Officer
Yoox has appointed Enrico Cavatorta chief financial officer, just weeks after announcing a merger with online rival Net-a-Porter. Cavatorta comes from Luxottica, which he first joined in 1999 as chief financial officer. Last year, he was appointed co-chief executive of the luxury eyewear maker after the sudden departure of chief executive Andrea Guerra, but quit mid-October, only six weeks into the job, because of disagreements over governance and structure.
