LONDON, United Kingdom — This week, we are pleased to introduce four new partners on BoF Careers.

Black Eyewear designer Robert Roope spent 50 years as an optician before turning his hand to design, dissatisfied with a lack of simple black frames on the market. Roope’s inspiration for his collections range from his favourite era of optics, the 1950s, to his passion for the jazz music. The philosophy of slow fashion informs his designs, which remain through the seasons. Black Eyewear is looking for a digital marketing manager
LaForce is an independent marketing communications agency representing brands in fashion, retail and beauty, alongside alcohol, travel and hospitality. Their services include public relations, digital, social media, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships. Their clients include Swarovski, LinkedIn and Banana Republic. LaForce is searching for a senior account executive within their entertainment and lifestyle categories, and a senior account executive within the fashion team.

Sterling Ruby is an American artist who works in a range of aesthetic and material strategies, from sculptures to drawings, collages, ceramics, spray-paint paintings, photography, and video; as well as textile works that include quilts, tapestries, soft sculptures, and garments. Ruby's projects in garments and textiles have been the basis for the artist's feted collaborations with designer Raf Simons, Dior, and Calvin Klein. Sterling Ruby is looking for a product development/production manager.
