LONDON, United Kingdom — Our Monday Motivation contains curated career advice from leading executives, entrepreneurs and creatives in conversation with BoF. Today's mantra comes from stylist Petra Flannery (read the full interview here):

If you do something that you believe in, success will come.

This week we are pleased to introduce four new partners on BoF Careers.

Leading luxury fashion retail company Boutique 1 Group opened its first store in 2000, and now operates 20 stores across four different city. Its Beirut and Dubai concept stores, Boutique 1, and e-commerce site, have become a hub for Middle Eastern fashion and a go-to destination for both up-and-coming designers, and established brands. The Group is currently looking for a digital marketing manager, a store manager, a graphic designer and an HR officer for its London office, as well as a junior buyer based in Dubai.

Felix Capital is a venture capital firm specialising in the crossover between technology and creativity, and has backed companies including BoF, Farfetch and Reformation. In June 2015, they announced their first $120 million fund. Felix Capital is looking for a highly motivated associate and a principal who can contribute to the growth of the team in London.

The boutique is famously credited with discovering talents such as John Galliano, Alexander McQueen and Christopher Kane. Browns is hiring a visual merchandising manager, a PA to the CEO, a pricing assistant and a womenswear buyer.

UCA, the University for Creative Arts, is the UK's second largest centre for creative education and is spread over four locations across Surrey and Kent in South England. It ranked 17th in BoF's Global Fashion School Rankings 2015.
