LONDON, United Kingdom — Our Monday Motivation contains curated career advice from leading executives, entrepreneurs and creatives in conversation with BoF. Today's mantra comes from Shaway Yeh, editorial director of Modern Weekly and group style editorial director of Modern Media Group (read the full interview here):

I don't believe that mass has to be mindless or mainstream.

This week, we are pleased to introduce four new partners to BoF Careers:

Founded to help establish a relationship between creativity and business, international fashion trade show Tranoi organises events twice a year during New York market week and four times a year during Paris Fashion Week. As well as its flagship Tranoi Femme show, Tranoi also hosts Tranoi Homme, Tranoi New York and Tranoi Preview. The company is searching for a Sales Associate, based in New York, and a Graphic Designer, based in Paris.

Founded in 1989, British shoe maker Oliver Sweeney has been making the traditional designs modern for over 25 years. Today, the company is led by Tim Cooper, cobbler-in-chief and a fourth generation shoe maker. The brand is currently looking for a Store Manager and an Assistant Store Manager, based in Portsmouth in the UK.

Premium brand Cuyana, which means "to love" in Quechua, is focussed on producing women's essentials, designed around a philosophy of fewer, better things. In a bid to make its pieces accessible, the brand has also adopted a direct-to-consumer business model. Cuyana is hiring a Senior Visual Designer to join its offices in San Francisco.

The eponymous fine jewellery brand was launched by designer Annoushka Ducas in 2009, after a 25-year career in the industry that began at Links of London. In 2012, Ducas was awarded an MBE for her services to the British jewellery industry. The company is seeking a Head of Digital Content and a Graphic Designer, both based in London.
