LONDON, United Kingdom —  Our Monday Motivation contains curated career advice from leading executives, entrepreneurs and creatives in conversation with BoF. Today's mantra comes from designer Victoria Beckham (the full interview can be read here):

I don't know everything. Nobody does. I'm learning along the way.

This week, we are pleased to introduce three new partners to BoF Careers:

Veronica Beard was launched by sisters-in-law Vanessa Miele Beard and Veronica Swanson Beard in 2010, with their signature dickey jacket. Today, the American sportswear brand is known for its offering of staple pieces that strike a balance between being classic and cool. Veronica Beard is now stocked in over 150 stores across the globe, including Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus and Nordstrom. The company is currently looking to hire for an array of roles to join their NY offices including a VP of Digital, senior merchandise planner, and a production and fabric manager.

Founded by Sarah Law in 2013, New York-based handbag label Kara now distributes to 50 luxury retailers in 15 countries worldwide, including Barneys, Opening Ceremony and Liberty of London. The company, which is currently part of the 2014-2016 class of the CFDA's incubator programme, is searching for an ecommerce manager to create, develop and manage the brand's presence online, in addition to a sales executive to manage the sales process for four collections a year, both in New York

Luxury handbag brand House of Borel was conceived in San Francisco with an ethos of functional beauty. Its products, which are handmade by artisans in Italy, encapsulate the values of traditional luxury and design modernity, featuring vintage shapes, pops of colour and a lack of branding. The brand is on the lookout for a driven general sales manager to strategise and grow sales and an assistant brand manager to join their offices in San Francisco.

Here is a selection of the exciting opportunities on BoF Careers:

Global Marketing Manager, 3.1 Phillip Lim – New York, United States

Web Marketing Specialist, Tessabit – Como, Italy

Senior Retail Manager, McArthurGlen – Cheshire, United Kingdom

Studio Manager, Art Partner – New York, United States

Director VP of HR Administration, Bulgari – New York, United States

Freelance Digital UX Graphic Designer, Erdem – London, United Kingdom
