Today, we're excited to share more of our plans for VOICES 2020 from December 1-3 for a global conversation examining how industry forces accelerated by the pandemic are completely re-shaping the fashion industry.
No part of the industry has been hit as hard as the retail sector. For Session 04 on Reinventing Retail, respected experts Doug Stephens and Rachel Shechtman are working with BoF to co-curate a session jam-packed with global innovators shaping the future of retail. Doug will also share exclusive new insights from his upcoming book, Resurrecting Retail, to be published early next year.
Kim Jones, Artistic Director of Dior Men's, ready-to-wear and accessories will share the story of the making of the Air Dior shoe. Direct-to-consumer pioneers Anthony Sperduti and David Bell, who both advised the founders of Warby Parker at its inception, will lay out the case for a new DTC playbook.
Will Shu, Founder and CEO of Deliveroo, one of the fastest growing home-delivery companies in the world and Sojin Lee, founder and CEO of Toshi, which brings in-store clienteling services to luxury customers at home and on-demand, will speak about the intricacies and art of high-speed local delivery, which has exploded amidst the lockdowns, not just for restaurants, but for retailers of all kinds.

Juliet Anammah, Chairwoman of Jumia Nigeria, will share learnings from African retail which is leapfrogging physical stores and building digital, direct-to-consumer propositions for over 1 billion African consumers.
