Richemont names fashion and accessories brand director
Eric Vallat has been appointed director of fashion and accessories brands for the group, a newly created role. Vallat was previously managing director of cognac maker Rémy Martin. He will also join Richemont's board of directors, reporting to Jérôme Lambert, the group's chief executive.
Jimmy Choo announces CFO
Jimmy Choo has hired Simon Kemmett as its chief financial officer. Kemmett will also become senior vice president of business operations. He joins from Ralph Lauren, where he held the roles of chief operating officer and chief financial officer for the EMEA region.
LVMH appoints head of communication and image
Antoine Arnault has been named head of communications and image for LVMH. He will continue his roles as chief executive of Berluti and chairman of Loro Piana. The move is part of a wider focus on communications as the company attracts growing attention from the media and public.

HBC hires CTO
HBC has appointed Stephen J. Gold as chief technology and digital operations officer, effective immediately. Gold previously held the role of chief information officer at CVS Health, and will report to Helena Foulkes, chief executive of HBC.
Condé Nast adds to board of directors
Condé Nast has aded British Vogue editor-in-chief Edward Enninful OBE to its board of directors. Enninful took over the British Vogue helm in August 2017. He was previously creative and fashion director of W magazine.
Charlotte Olympia president and CEO resigns
After 7 years at Charlotte Olympia, Bonnie Takhar has resigned from her position as president and chief executive. Takhar was previously president and chief executive of Halston.
Ralph Lauren adds to board of directors
Ralph Lauren has nominated Linda Findley Kozlowski to stand for election for the board of directors. Kozlowski is currently chief operating officer of Etsy. The appointment will bring the number of directors on the company's board to 14.
