LONDON, United Kingdom — Fashion e-tailer My-Wardrobe has stopped trading and sold its domain name to Net-a-Porter.

The sale follows a troubled few months for the retailer, which has been running discounts of up to 70 percent across its stock in the last few weeks. The company posted a statement on its website informing customers that it was no longer trading, with links to Net-a-Porter’s portfolio of websites, which includes Net-a-Porter, The Outnet and Mr Porter. All remaining staff will exit the business within the next few weeks.

The domain name sale, which was made for an undisclosed sum, comes after an announcement in September stating that the business was “reviewing its options” for the future. In November 2013, the retailer entered administration, but was bought in the same month in a pre-pack deal.

My-Wardrobe will continue to trade from a store in Whiteleys shopping centre in London's Bayswater, which opened this summer. It is as yet unclear when the retailer plans to close the store.
