Marc Bolland Exits Marks & Spencer
Marks & Spencer's chief executive officer Marc Bolland is stepping down in April. Bolland's six years in the role have seen him struggle to transform the British company, concluding in disappointing results for the Christmas period. Bolland will be succeeded by company veteran Steve Rowe, who has spent 26 years at M&S, most recently as executive director of general merchandise.
Givenchy Names President of the Americas
Laura Dubin-Wander is joining Givenchy as president of the Americas, where she will be in charge of the brand's US strategy. Rubin-Wander comes from Christian Dior Couture, where she served as vice president since 2012. Her successor at Dior has not been named. In her new role, she will report to Givenchy's Paris-based chief executive, Philippe Fortunato.
Philipp Plein Names CEO of Americas
Philipp Plein has named Graziano de Boni as president and chief executive officer of the Americas, as the brand continues its global expansion strategy. De Boni joins the fashion label from Giorgio Armani, where he spent four years as chief executive of the company's North America division.

Vogue.com Names Men's Critic
Vogue.com, Condé Nast's online destination for fashion news, features and show coverage, has appointed Alexander Fury as its men's critic. Based in London, Fury joins contributing editor Luke Leith as one of Vogue.com's primary menswear reviewers, while retaining his current title as fashion editor of The Independent, i and the Independent on Sunday newspapers.
Dazed Digital Appoints Editor
Dazed Media has promoted deputy online editor Thomas Gorton to the position of editor at Dazeddigital.com, where he will be responsible for editorial strategy and direction, in addition to writing and commissioning for the website. Gorton first joined Dazed in March 2014 as a news writer.
