LONDON, United Kingdom – BoF compiles the most important professional moves of the week.

Carven Hires Two Artistic Directors
Alexis Martial and Adrien Caillaudaud have been named the new artistic directors of French label Carven. Martial was formerly creative director of Italian brand Iceberg and Paris-based Paco Rabanne. Caillaudaud comes from Givenchy, where he worked on shoes and accessories. The duo succeed Guillaume Henry, who departed the brand in October to head up Nina Ricci.

Patrick Albaladejo Exits Hermès
Hermès International's deputy managing director Patrick Albaladejo has left the company. The executive, 58, who is credited with helping to protect Hermès from a potential takeover by LVMH in 2010, has been in charge of strategy and image at the French luxury goods maker for nine years. Following his departure, Albaladejo plans to focus on teaching and consulting.

Marks and Spencer Asia Head Quits
Bruce Findlay, Marks and Spencer's regional director for Asia, is leaving the company after less than 18 months in the role. He is the latest senior overseas executive to leave M&S after international director Jan Heere departed his post last year. The news of Findlay's departure comes just as the high street retailer announced a shake-up of its China business. A former executive at Calvin Klein, Findlay will take up a role at Italian fashion brand Diesel.
