LONDON, United Kingdom — BoF compiles the most important professional moves of the week.

Costume National Founders Exit
Brothers Ennio and Carlo Capasa, creative director and chief executive officer of Costume National, respectively, have exited the Italian fashion house they founded in 1986. Costume National is owned by a subsidiary of Hong Kong-based holding company Sequedge Group, which first acquired a stake in the business in 2009. The acquisition included an option to buy out the Capasas after a certain time, which Sequedge exercised this year.

Linda Wells Joins Hearst
Allure founder Linda Wells has joined Hearst, where she will produce content for several publications, such as a beauty report that will run inside the September subscriber copies of Elle, Harper's Bazaar, Marie Claire and Town & Country. Wells, along with other Allure staff, was let go late last year. Her official title at Hearst has not been announced.

T Magazine Names Publisher
Elizabeth Webbe Lunny has been named publisher and vice president of T: The New York Times Style Magazine. Lunny joins from Women's Health, where she was associate publisher.

Kering Hires Chief Operating Officer
Kering has appointed Jean-Philippe Bailly as chief operating officer, effective April 1. Bailley will report to Jean-François Palus, managing director of Kering, and will be a member of the group's executive committee. Previously, Bailley was director of operations at Valeo.

Harrods' Managing Director Exits
Michael Ward will step down from his role as managing director of Harrods in July. His successor has not yet been named. Since taking up the role in 2005, Ward was instrumental in attracting and accommodating customers to the department store from China, the Middle East and Africa. Earlier this year, Ward was named chairman of Walpole.

David Fisher Departs Bloomingdale's
David Fisher is leaving his position as executive vice president and general merchandise manager of men's and Young World at Bloomingdale's, after 33 years at the retailer. His departure is part of parent company Macy's Inc. plan to offer buyouts to some of its veteran employees.

Walpole Hires Board Members
Walpole has announced the appointments of Gillian de Bono and Richard Carter to its board, effective immediately. De Bono is the editor of the Financial Times' luxury magazine 'How To Spend It.' Carter is director of global communications at Rolls Royce. Carter and de Bono succeed Ridgeway Partners' Sue O'Brien and Ben Hughes, former Deputy CEO of the Financial Times, who are retiring from the Walpole Board.

Appointments at Gant
Gant has appointed Brian Grevy, formerly general manager of training at Adidas, as chief marketing officer. Patrick Soderstrom, previously general manager of Northern Europe at Luxottica, has been named director of global sales. Matthew Wood, business unit director at Gant Diamond G, has been promoted to creative director and will be replaced by Gunnar Hedendahl.

Fenwick's Managing Director Leaves
David Walker-Smith has stepped down as managing director of Fenwick Bond Street, completing his three-year assignment with the store. Walker-Smith joined Fenwick in February 2013 from Selfridges, where he was executive buying director. His successor has not been named.
