LONDON, United Kingdom — BoF compiles the most important professional moves of the week.

Dazed Names Editor-in-Chief and Creative Director
Isabella Burley, currently editor of Dazed, has been promoted to the position of editor-in-chief at the title. "I'm very excited to take on the role of editor-in-chief," said Burley. "I want to build on the powerful editorial voice that has always defined Dazed, ensuring each issue showcases the unique voices defining culture right now." Burley succeeds Tim Noakes, who has been appointed editorial director of Dazed Group. Meanwhile, fashion director Robbie Spencer has been appointed creative director of Dazed. He previously held the position of fashion director and has been a member of the fashion team at Dazed since 2004. "I am thrilled to be appointed creative director," said Spencer. "I intend to build on the visual language we have developed as a team and take Dazed into the next phase of its evolution."

Valextra Appoints CEO
Valextra has named Sara Ferrero as its new chief executive officer. She succeeds Alessandra Bettari, who left the company to work for Franco Pené, president of Onward Luxury Group. Ferrero was previously chief executive at Joseph. She is also a partner at NEO Capital, which holds a majority stake in Valextra.

Crawford Resigns from Calvin Klein
Jennifer Crawford, executive vice president of global communications for Calvin Klein, has resigned. Crawford has worked for Calvin Klein for the last eleven years and was made senior vice president of global communications in October. The company is currently seeking her successor.

Rag & Bone Appoints Global CMO
Rag & Bone has appointed Johanna Murphy to the newly created position of global chief marketing officer, effective immediately. Murphy was previously chief marketing officer at Ivanka Trump. Her appointment follows last month's hire of Helen Costello as managing director, international, as part of Rag & Bone's strategy to boost global growth.

Jesel Joins Tom Ford Beauty
Guillaume Jesel has been named as senior vice president and global general manager of Tom Ford Beauty. Jesel, who has been with the Estée Lauder Companies for 14 years, will lead the global beauty brand, working directly with Tom Ford and reporting to John Demsey, group president of the Estée Lauder Companies.
