LONDON, United Kingdom — BoF compiles the most important professional moves of the week.

Matches Founders Step Down as Chief Executives
Tom and Ruth Chapman, the founders of MatchesFashion.com, have stepped down as joint chief executives after 27 years at the helm — a move that is reported to pave the way for a stock market float. Ulric Jerome, the current chief operating officer, will take over as chief executive, while the couple will become joint executive chairmen.

Guess Names Chief Executive
Victor Herrero will succeed Paul Marciano as chief executive officer of Guess in August. Previously, Herrero was head of Asia Pacific at Inditex, which owns brands such as Zara, Massimo Dutti and Stradivarius. Before his role at Inditex, Herrero was an Arthur Andersen consultant. Marciano, one of four brothers who founded Guess in 1981, will become executive chairman, replacing his brother Maurice. Maurice will remain a director at the company.

Jonathan Saunders Taps Chief Executive
Five months after receiving a private investment from Eiesha Bharti Pasricha, Jonathan Saunders has hired Rupert Maunsell as its first chief executive officer. Maunsell was previously operations director at Mary Katrantzou. His appointment comes as the brand makes a "series of key hires across the business in order to execute the strategic growth of the brand," according to a statement made by the company. The Jonathan Saunders studio will also relocate to Clerkenwell in London later this month to support expansion.

Vince Chief Executive Steps Down
Vince's chief executive officer Jill Granoff, who led the company through their IPO in 2013, is to step down from her role at some point in the near future. Karin Gregersen, vice president and chief creative officer, will also be leaving the company. Granoff will remain with the company as the board of directors seeks a replacement.

Eva Chen Joins Instagram
Eva Chen, the former editor-in-chief of Lucky magazine, is joining Instagram as head of fashion partnerships. Chen, who will start work out of Instagram's New York offices later this month, has already amassed an enormous following of nearly 400,000 people on the photo-sharing service.

D'Angelantonio Exits Luxottica
Almost 12 months after the departure of chief executive Andrea Guerra, Luxottica's chief marketing officer Fabio D'Angelantonio is leaving his role. D'Angelantonio was also president of Luxottica's retail chain, Sunglass Hut.

Boucheron Names Chief Executive
Hélène Poulit-Duquesne has been named the new chief executive of Boucheron, effective September 28. Poulit-Duquesne joins from Cartier, where she worked for 17 years, most recently as international business and client development director. In her new role, she will report to Albert Bensoussan, chief executive of Kering's luxury watches and jewellery.

Escada Chief Executive Exits
Glenn McMahon is stepping down as chief executive officer of Escada on July 31, after a brief 7-month tenure. His departure is said to be due to personal reasons. Chief operating officer Jörg Wahlers will act as interim chief executive while Escada searches for a replacement.
