LONDON, United Kingdom — BoF compiles the most important professional moves of the week.

Ralph Lauren Steps Down as CEO
Ralph Lauren, founder of one of America's most iconic luxury lifestyle brands, is stepping down as chief executive of Ralph Lauren Corp. Stefan Larsson, global president of Old Navy, will take over as CEO, effective November. Lauren founded the fashion company — which today controls 25 brands including Polo Ralph Lauren, Club Monaco and Denim & Supply — in 1968 and will stay on as its chief designer.

Calvin Klein Collection Names President
Michelle Kessler-Sanders has been appointed president of Calvin Klein Collection, effective October 13. Kessler-Sanders, who will report to Steve Shiffman chief executive of Calvin Klein Inc., joins the brand from Vera Wang Group, where she has served as executive vice president and creative director since 2011.

Louise Beveridge departs Kering
Louise Beveridge has stepped down as senior vice-president of communications at Kering, a position she had held since 2011. Beveridge directed the rebranding of the company's communications, including its name change from PPR in 2013. Her successor has not yet been appointed.

Clarins Appoints CEO
Clarins Groupe has named Jonathan Zrihen global chief executive officer, effective immediately. Zrihen, who first joined the company in 1993, succeeds Philip Shearer. In 2013, he was appointed chief executive and president of Clarins Americas, before being named global chief operating officer of Clarins Groupe this February.

Gant Creative Director Exits
Christopher Bastin has stepped down as creative director of Swedish fashion brand Gant. Bastin took up the position in 2012 and is largely credited with rebranding the company, which aims to become a leading lifestyle brand by 2020. Gant expects to name his successor before the end of the year.

Puma Names Accessories, Licensing Manager
Puma has named Daniela Molin general manager of accessories and licensing, effective immediately. She takes over the role from Philippe Le-Bretton, who has been promoted to general manager of Puma Southeast Asia. Prior to her appointment, Molin was senior head of product management, accessories, having joined the sportswear brand in in 1996.
