Power Moves | Ralph Toledano Joins Victoria Beckham, Roger Vivier's New Creative Director

Victoria Beckham has tapped Ralph Toledano to serve as its new chairman, while Gherardo Felloni has joined Roger Vivier as its new creative director.

Victoria Beckham names chairman
Victoria Beckham has tapped current president of the Fédération de la haute couture et de la Mode Ralph Toledano to serve as its new chairman, effective immediately. Most recently, Toledano was president of Puig's fashion division. Prior to this, he was chief executive of Chloé. The appointment follows a recent £30 million investment in the business from Neo Investment Partners.

Roger Vivier appoints creative director
Gherardo Felloni has joined Roger Vivier as its new creative director. Felloni has designed shoes for luxury houses including Miu Miu, Fendi and Helmut Lang. He succeeds Bruno Frisoni, who announced his departure from the business last month after 16 years at the creative helm.

Liberty hires CFO
Rob Unsworth has been named chief financial officer of Liberty London. He joins the department store from Debenhams, where he served as finance director. The news follows the appointment of Adil Mehboob-Khan as chief executive last month.

Harvey Nichols appoints marketing and creative director
Deborah Bee has been appointed marketing and creative director of Harvey Nichols. Bee will oversee the brand communication strategy and visual identity of group. She has a wealth of experience in luxury retail marketing and media, including roles at Vogue, The Guardian and Harrods. Most recently, she worked as a consultant advising brands on marketing strategy.

Estée Lauder names SVP
Andrea Dorigo has joined Estée Lauder as its new senior vice president, general manager of global retail. Formerly chief executive of Pirch, he has also held executive positions at Oakley and Brooks Brothers Group. April Anslinger has also joined the business as vice president, general manager of Aveda's North America business.

Le Groupe Les Échos-Le Parisien hires CEO
LVMH has named Pierre Louette as the president and chief executive of Les Échos-Le Parisien Group. He will join the media group on March 12, succeeding Francis Morel, who exits after seven years with the business.
