LONDON, United Kingdom — Yet another leadership change is underway at LVMH. Simon Whitehouse, J.W. Anderson's chief executive, will be leaving the company in December for personal reasons, the London-based label has confirmed. He will "take up different opportunities in 2018," according to the company.

Whitehouse, J.W. Anderson's first-ever CEO, was appointed in June 2014, just eight months after the luxury goods conglomerate LVMH took a minority stake in the label. "A new replacement will be announced imminently," a spokesperson said.

The announcement comes after last week's news of a major executive reshuffle at LVMH. Longtime Christian Dior Couture chief executive Sidney Toledano is stepping down, set to be replaced by current Fendi chief executive Pietro Beccari. Meanwhile, Toledano will step into the shoes of Pierre-Yves Roussel, becoming chairman of the LVMH Fashion Group. Roussel — who was responsible for bringing Whitehouse to J.W. Anderson, and J.W. Anderson to LVMH — will transition into the role of special advisor to LVMH chairman and chief executive Bernard Arnault, effective January 2018.

J.W. Anderson had £2 million ($2.6 million) in turnover when it was brought into the LVMH fold. It’s now 10 times that size.

Prior to joining J.W. Anderson, Whitehouse held executive positions at Matthew Williamson and Diesel.
