LONDON, United Kingdom — BoF compiles the most important professional moves of the week.

Agnona Names Creative Director
Luxury womenswear brand Agnona has appointed Simon Holloway creative director, effective December 1. Holloway succeeds Stefano Pilati, who exited Agnona, which is part of the Ermenegildo Zegna Group, in July, but continues to lead Ermenegildo Zegna's menswear design team. Holloway joins Agnona after a two-year stint as creative director of Italian label Hogan, which is owned by Tod's Group. Holloway's first collection for Agnona will debut in Autumn/Winter 2016.

Vince Founders Return
New York-based label Vince is bringing back its original founders Rea Laccone and Christopher LaPolice as consultants, nearly three years after they left the company. The duo rejoin under a two-year agreement and will oversee the company's product, merchandising and creative efforts. Laccone and LaPolice founded the Vince in 2002, but left in 2013 before the label went public.

Temperley Names President, CEO Exits
After two years, Ulrik Garde Due is stepping down as chief executive officer of Temperley London at the end of the month. His role will not be replaced. Meanwhile, Patricia Sancho has been promoted from commercial director to president, and Matt Emerson, currently chief financial officer, will take on the joint role of chief financial officer and chief operating officer.

Warehouse's Creative Hires
British high street label Warehouse has made its first key appointments under the brand's new direction. Alasdhair Willis joins as brand consultant and Emma Cook as design director. Willis will also retain his current role as creative director at Hunter. Cook, a designer who worked for Donna Karan and Martine Sitbon before launching her own label, will present her first collection for Warehouse in 2016.

Susannah Frankel Joins AnOther
Dazed Media has named Susannah Frankel as editor-in-chief of AnOther, effective January 2016. A regular contributor at Dazed & Confused since 1998, Frankel joined Grazia UK in 2012 as fashion director. She was previously fashion editor of newspaper The Independent from 1999 to 2012. Nancy Waters continues her role as editor of AnOther, while Natalie Rigg remains editor of AnOthermag.com.

Refinery29 Appoints UK Editorial Team
Refinery29 has revealed the London-based editorial team at the helm of its UK platform, Refinery29.uk, which launched this week. Sarah Raphael, previously acting editor at i-D, has been named UK editor; Gillian Orr, former culture and features writer at The Independent, has been appointed features editor; and Alice Casely-Hayford joins from Hunger Magazine as fashion editor. The new platform is part of the brand's global expansion strategy, which will extend to France and Germany in early 2016.

Fashion Media Group Names Head of Digital
Megan Nolan, previously director of advertising sales at Who What Wear, has joined Fashion Media Group, publisher of magazines including CR Fashion Book and V, as head of digital, effective immediately. In her new role, Nolan will oversee the digital strategy for CR Fashion Book, as well as V and V Man, both of which will relaunch their websites in January 2016.
