Creative Directors Exit Calvin Klein
Calvin Klein creative directors Francisco Costa and Italo Zucchelli have exited the company, as part of a new global creative strategy to unify all of the house's brands under one creative vision. Costa joined Calvin Klein in 2001 from Gucci and was appointed creative director of the women's collection after Calvin Klein's retirement. Zucchelli — who worked previously worked in menswear at Jil Sander — was appointed creative director of menswear in 2004. Their successors have yet to be named.
New West End Company Names CEO
New West End Company, which represents London's West End, a retail district comprising over 600 businesses including those on Bond Street, Oxford Street and Regent Street, has promoted Jace Tyrrell to chief executive officer. Previously, Tyrrell was deputy chief executive officer.
Hearst Hires Michael Hainey
Michael Hainey has joined Hearst as executive director of editorial at Esquire and editor-at-large at Town & Country. Hainey, previously editor-at-large at GQ, will be responsible for writing, editing and overseeing section editors and writers, and will report directly to Esquire's editor-in-chief, Jay Fielden.

Melissa Harris-Perry Joins ELLE
Elle has appointed former MSNBC host Melissa Harris-Perry as editor-at-large at Elle.com. In her new role, she will write columns, host videos and conduct interviews for Elle's website.
Moncler Appoints Board of Directors
Moncler has appointed its board of directors for 2016 to 2018. Remo Ruffini has been appointed chairman of the board and Virginie Morgon has been named vice president. Other members include Nerio Alessandri, Sergio Buongiovanni, Diva Moriani, Marco De Benedetti, Vivianne Akriche, Gabriele Galateri di Genola, Luciano Santel, Stephanie Phair and Guido Pianaroli.
Harding Leaves House of Fraser
After five years, House of Fraser's chief customer officer, Andy Harding, is leaving the company. Prior to joining House of Fraser as e-commerce director, Harding held positions at Ryman and Carphone Warehouse. Additionally, Alison Lancaster has been appointed to lead the customer directorate on an interim basis.
Lululemon Adds Member to Board
Lululemon Athletica has added Jon McNeill to its board of directors, effective immediately. McNeill is the president of global sales, delivery and service for Tesla Motors, where he oversees customer-facing operations.
