LONDON, United Kingdom — BoF compiles the most important professional moves of the week.

Joules CEO Exits
Tom Joule, founder of the country-inspired clothing brand Joules, has stepped down from his role as chief executive officer, to focus on the brand's creative design. Joules' managing director Colin Porter will take over as CEO. Porter joined Joules in 2010 from menswear label Crombie, where he was joint managing director. He previously spent 10 years at House of Fraser.

Aeffe’s Senior Appointments
Aeffe, parent company of Alberta Ferretti, Moschino and Pollini, has appointed Corrado Masini as director general of Moschino and Lorenzo Panerai as chief operating officer of Pollini. Masini previously worked at Pinko, Diesel and Giorgio Armani. Panerai joins from Prada, where he was director of the leather goods division.

Crocs Names SVP and CMO
Crocs has promoted Terrence Reilly to the roles of senior vice president and chief marketing officer. Reilly first joined Crocs in 2013 as senior director of US marketing and was promoted to vice president of global marketing in 2014. Prior to Crocs, Reilly served as vice president of marketing at Famous Footwear.

Meri Media Names Managing Director
London-based creative agency Meri Media has appointed Grace Chang Tellier as managing director. Chang Tellier has 11 years of experience in luxury, with a strong focus on brand strategy and digital, having worked with Tank Magazine, Labelux, LVMH Group and Rolex. In her new role, Chang Tellier's clients include Salvatore Ferragamo, Gucci and Hermès.

House of Fraser Names CIO
House of Fraser has named Julian Burnett as chief information officer, effective October 5. Burnett will join the executive committee and report to Nigel Oddy, chief executive of the British department store. He replaces Peter Marsden, who acted as interim chief information officer following the departure of Uday Kotla. Previously, Burnett was chief technology officer at John Lewis.
