LONDON, United Kingdom — BoF compiles the most important professional moves of the week.

Saks Names Chief Merchant
Tracy Margolies is returning to Saks Fifth Avenue as the department store's new chief merchant, effective May 11. Margolies was most recently senior vice president and general merchandise manager of footwear, handbags, beauty and contemporary at Bergdorf Goodman. Prior to that, she spent seven years at Saks. Margolies will report directly to Saks' new president Marc Metrick, who stepped in after Marigay McKee was ousted earlier this month.

Ugg President Resigns
Connie Rishwain, president of Ugg's fashion and lifestyle brands, has announced she will be leaving the company to spend more time with her family and pursue other interests. Rishwain has been with the Ugg brand since Deckers Outdoor Corp. acquired it in 1995.

ASOS Names Chief Financial Officer
ASOS has appointed Helen Ashton to the role of chief financial officer, succeeding Nick Beighton, who has been promoted to chief operating officer. She takes up her post on September 1 and will sit on the main board. Ashton joins from Arrow Global, where she was chief operating officer.

Stuart Weitzman Names President
Stuart Weitzman has named Alyssa Mishcon as president of global retail, as the footwear label aims to accelerate its international growth. Leaving her role as president of LVMH-owned Thomas Pink, Mishcon will report directly to chief executive Wayne Kulkin.

Louis Vuitton Hires Communications Director
Jenny Galimberti has been named as the new communications and events director for Louis Vuitton, effective April 29.  Galimberti joins the French luxury brand from Alfred Dunhill, where she is currently chief marketing officer. At Vuitton, Galimberti will become a member of the executive committee.

GQ Taps Retail Editor and Head of Special Projects
Giorgina Waltier has been promoted to retail editor and head of special projects across GQ magazine and GQ Style, effective immediately. In her new role, Waltier will be responsible for building brand extension projects for both publications, while retaining her current responsibilities as retail editor.
