Raf Simons to Exit Dior
After three-and-a-half years as artistic director of Christian Dior's haute couture, ready-to-wear and accessory collections, Raf Simons is parting ways with the storied French fashion house. Simons' spring 2016 collection, shown in Paris earlier this month, was his last. His successor has yet to be announced.

Kate Lanphear Leaves Maxim
Maxim's editor-in-chief Kate Lanphear is leaving the magazine after a little more than a year. Lanphear, formerly style director at T: The New York Times Style Magazine and American Elle, was in the midst of rebranding the men's magazine as a more fashion-centric title. Her last day will be November 13.

Lululemon Names Creative Director
Lululemon has named Lee Holman as the brand's first-ever creative director. Holman, the yogawear maker's senior vice president of women's, was promoted to the role on Wednesday. Previously, he was vice president of global apparel, innovation and equipment design at Nike.

Debenhams CEO Steps Down
Debenhams' chief executive Michael Sharp will step down in 2016. His departure comes amid reports that investors are unhappy with the performance of Debenhams, the UK's second largest department store after John Lewis. Sharp served as CEO of Debenhams since 2011.

Vince Appoints CEO
New York-based fashion brand Vince has appointed Brendan L. Hoffman as chief executive officer, effective immediately. Hoffman succeeds Jill Granoff, who left the company, along with Vince's president and chief creative officer Karin Gregersen, in July. Previously, Hoffman was chief executive and president of Lord & Taylor.

Abercrombie & Fitch Names Head of Diversity
Abercrombie & Fitch has appointed Jeanetta Darno as vice president of diversity and inclusion. Joining from Huntington National Bank, where she was senior vice president of diversity, Darno has 22 years of experience guiding organisations' global diversity practices. She will report to John Gabrielli, senior vice president and head of human resources.
