LONDON, United Kingdom — BoF compiles the most important professional moves of the week.

Style.com's Dirk Standen Joins W
Dirk Standen has been appointed digital creative director at W, effective May 18. Standen, who will oversee digital strategy for the brand, comes from Condé Nast's Style.com, where he was editor-in-chief since September 2005. Under his direction, Style.com expanded into print, grew into the first major fashion site on mobile and received accolades including a 2015 Webby Award.

Jaeger Chairman Steps Down
Peter Williams has stepped down as chairman of Jaeger after six months in the role. Williams joined the retail chain in November to drive forward its five-year turnaround plan. He is currently chairman of online fashion retailer Boohoo.com, Brissi and Mister Spex.

Urban Outfitters CEO Retires
Ted Marlow, chief executive of Urban Outfitters Group, will step down at the end of August. Marlow was president of the company from 2001 to 2010, but returned in 2012 as chief executive, after then-CEO Glen Senk stepped down. The company has not announced his successor.

Johan Lindeberg Exits BLK DNM
Johan Lindeberg is leaving BLK DNM, the denim brand that he founded in 2010. Formerly marketing director at Diesel, in 1996 he founded his own label, J.Lindeberg. Lindeberg intends to focus on photography and filmmaking, and will exit BLK DNM after the Fall 2015 collection.

Claire Chung Joins Net-a-Porter Group
Net-a-Porter has hired Claire Chung as general manager for China, a newly created position. Chung, who was previously vice president of international business development at Chinese fashion site Shangpin, brings years of e-commerce experience in China to Net-a-Porter, as it looks to grow its business in the region.

Julia Carrick to Country & Town House
Julia Carrick has joined Country & Town House as publisher. Previously, Carrick spent 30 years at the Financial Times, where she was the founder, publisher and global present of the newspaper's luxury lifestyle magazine, How To Spend It. She remains global luxury advisor for Bell Pottinger Communications and will continue to work for her own consultancy.
