LONDON, United Kingdom — BoF compiles the most important professional moves of the week.

SuperGroup Co-Founder Exits Firm
James Holder, brand and design director SuperGroup and co-founder of the British company behind Superdry, will exit the firm, effective June 1. Holder leaves the firm to lead SuperDesign Lab, a design consultancy firm, which will drive further product innovation exclusively for SuperGroup.

Salvatore Ferragamo Appoints Former Furla CEO
Salvatore Ferragamo has named Eraldo Poletto chief executive officer, replacing Michele Norsa, who steps down after 10 years at the helm. Poletto joins Ferragamo from Furla SpA, where he will leave his current position as chief executive officer at the end of June.

Fossil Hires UK Managing Director
Fossil Group has promoted Richard Collins to UK managing director. Collins, who was previously operations director at the company, succeeds Helen Wood, who left Fossil Group for the cosmetics company Erno Laszlo.

Rag & Bone Appoints CCO
Lydia Forstmann has joined Rag & Bone as chief commercial officer. She will be responsible for leading retail, merchandising, business development and wholesale for the brand. Forstmann joins from Tory Burch, where she held the position of executive vice president of the Americas for wholesale and licensing.

Claire's Replaces CEO
Claire's chief executive officer Beatrice Lafon has resigned from her position and the company's board of directors, with immediate effect. Lafon joined the accessories and jewellery retailer in April 2014. She will be succeeded by Ron Marshall, who has served as a board member since December 2007 and who previously led companies including The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co. and Borders Group Inc.

Benetton Names Board of Directors
The Benetton Group has appointed the board of directors for 2016 to 2018. Francesco Gori has been appointed non-executive chairman of the board and Marco Airoldi has been confirmed as CEO and managing director of the company. Other members include Marco Airoldi, Tommaso Barraco, Alessandro Benetton, Christian Benetton, Franca Bertagnin Benetton, Sabrina Benetton, Fabio Buttignon, Christian Coco, Francesco Gori, Alfredo Malguzzi and Francesco Panfilo.
