LONDON, United Kingdom — Our Monday Motivation contains curated career advice from leading executives, entrepreneurs and creatives in conversation with BoF. Today's mantra comes from designer Isabel Marant (read the full interview here):

Stay focused and true to yourself. Find out who you are and stick to it.

This week we are pleased to introduce three new partners to BoF Careers:

Launched by its eponymous designer in 1997, Markus Lupfer has garnered a reputation for its playful knitwear and inventive, humorous use of print, embroidery and embellishment, which has won the brand a dedicated celebrity following, including Cara Delevigne, Beyoncé and Rihanna. The brand is searching for a womenswear design assistant, an e-commerce and studio coordinator, and a wholesale assistant to join their offices in London.

Los Angeles-based womenswear label Co was founded in 2011 by Stephanie Danan and Justin Kern as a luxury brand for the working woman. It has since been stocked in many of the industry's most exclusive department stores, such as Barneys New York and Bergdorf Goodman, as well as online at Net-a-Porter, and this year expanded into denim. Co is now hiring a chief operating officer and head of sales, to be based in Los Angeles.

Established in 1995 by Orla Kiely, once known as "the queen of print," the Orla Kiely brand has grown from a small collection of accessories stocked exclusively in Harrods, to a fully-fledged womenswear, homeware and stationary brand, still renowned for its iconic patterns and bold use of colour. The brand is now prevalent in 33 countries and stocked in over 1,000 stores worldwide. Orla Kiely is now hiring a store supervisor and an online fulfilment assistant for London.
