Our New York office is located in Midtown near the iconic Bryant Park and the historic Grand Central Terminal, New York's best connected office neighbourhood. The beautifully designed office has 360 views and tall windows to bring the outside in. We have a communal kitchen that brings the whole team together for Family Lunch and Happy Hours. The office is open plan with plenty of rooms and booths to take a private call, have time to relax and work in private or have a large collaborative meeting.

The Role:

We are looking for a Key Partner Success Manager to drive Stadium Goods' journey inside the Farfetch Group. From onboarding of new services to next phase deployment, you will play a critical role in creating seamless experiences across customer regions and the different phases of the partner relationship. We aim to help the partner achieve their strategic goals and to be their advocate to the organization.

What you'll do

  • Be the voice of the partner by acting as their main operational point of contact and by managing partner health at every stage of the lifecycle within the Farfetch Group
  • Focus on continuously delivering business & technical value as the partnership evolves, involving different stakeholders when require
  • Support the strategic planning cycle and its activities: budgeting, key initiatives, business cases
  • Track, analyze, and report key quantitative platform success metrics across multiple channels with a priority on the and channels

Project Management
  • Successfully deliver business expansion by collaborating with a project team to ensure clear timelines, deliverables, progress updates and risk management
  • Drive key strategic initiatives that will deliver synergy to the partner across the platform's services: supply chain, logistics, forecasting, marketing etc
  • Manage international project rollouts by defining the global success team needed and overseeing the regional launches
  • Gather partner feedback (feature requests, common technical issues, etc.) to enhance Farfetch's API partner programs, API products, and developer experience
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve business and technical issues with the

Process & Routines
  • Be responsible for the management of the partner's global product catalogue, including but not limited to assortment, pricing, markdowns, financial reporting, etc.;
  • Keep up to date knowledge of requirements for global Operations Solutions, Partner Service and Customer Service;
  • Ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to post go-live (business as usual) by scheduling regular follow-ups, managing success milestones, and conducting business reviews with the partner
  • Lead weekly meetings with key stakeholders to discuss proactive strategies to meet the partner's needs and expectations and to ensure global communication and alignment

Global Alignment
  • Act as the liaison for the Commercial team as well as the international Partner Success, Service and Platform Solutions teams to ensure strategic alignment regarding the partner relationship
  • Ensure cohesiveness in processes across regional Success teams: standardization vs localization

Who you are

  • You are ideally degree educated in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent). Masters or MBA a bonus;
  • You have at least 5 + years ofexperience in management consulting or similar background (e.g.: strategy & planning teams within other industries);
  • You are experienced in retail/Omni channel or technology (a plus)
  • You can demonstrate ability to think strategically about issues, forming data-driven recommendations and actionable plans
  • You are a problem solver and decision maker, with strong planning, organizational, time management and follow-up skills
  • You are experienced in highly complex projects with several stakeholders (internal and external), comfortable leading and managing cross-functional work streams/teams
  • You are a strong communicator (verbal and written): Beautifully constructed emails, impactful PowerPoint presentations, and clear and succinct relay of information
  • You are able to respond with urgency and manage deadlines
  • You are attentive to detail and have high standard for quality outputs
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, adaptable environment
  • You are a team player and good listener
  • You are highly proficient at Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, MS Project)
