CRM Manager (m/f/d)
HUGO BOSS AG | Metzingen near Stuttgart | Germany | Full-time

We are looking for a highly motivated person to strengthen our Customer Relationship Management Department. You are driven by data, marketing automation and optimization of consumer engagement. In this role you are responsible for increasing customer value by managing CRM Campaigns within our global CRM Markets.

What you can expect:

  • Plan global CRM Campaigns via different online & offline channels based on an analytical approach that aims at increasing customer value.
  • Manage and deploy these campaigns self-reliant within our campaign management tool: campaign set-up, segmentation, timing, content creation, testing, delivery
  • Take over responsibility for the business impact of your campaigns by proper campaign controlling: calculation, reporting, interpretation of all relevant campaign KPIs in cooperation with team Analytics & Reporting
  • Project & Campaign Management of our seasonal print magazine: Managing various internal stakeholders from different departments as well as external providers


Your profile:

  • 3+ years of CRM experience and working with interdisciplinary teams that are working globally in different locations
  • Advanced CRM expertise and understanding of campaign management, data analysis, tools and technical setup
  • Excellent Project Management skills incl. experience in managing project teams of >10 stakeholders
  • Highly customer- und service orientated, ideally with experience in retail and/or e-commerce (Fashion/Lifestyle/Luxury industry)
  • Excellent communication skills in order to explain complex matters adequately to the target audience
  • Solution orientated thinking and proactive working style
  • Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English
