Job Description

Your Opportunity

The Facilities Cleaning Associate is responsible for the overall cleanliness and luxury appearance at Kering's brand new Corporate Office located in Wayne, New Jersey.

How you will contribute
  • Maintain cleanliness and high-level appearance of all common areas, including but not limited to restrooms, wellness rooms, pantry areas and shower rooms, by picking up and removing debris, wiping surfaces, sweeping or vacuuming floors, and arranging furniture
  • Run and empty dishwashers and wash misc. items for guest beverage service
  • Assure adequate supplies in common areas and meeting spaces
  • Water and maintain plants around office
  • Partner with Hospitality Coordinator for meeting room set up and breakdown; Setup beverage service, liaise with onsite cafe for removal of catering wares, wipe down surfaces and whiteboards, remove waste
  • Keep lobby and exterior entrance areas free of paper, leaves, etc. and police entire perimeter of the building as often as necessary; Clean outdoor smoking stations
  • Responsible for regularly cleaning of metal work and glass throughout the office
  • Empty all waste receptacles and move trash to designated area
  • Perform specific special project work as requested by Facilities Manager or Hospitality Coordinator


Who you are
  • High School Education or equivalent
  • 2+ years of facilities or cleaning experience
  • Great interpersonal skills with all corporate employees
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic computer knowledge in Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Minimal heavy lifting
  • Must have flexible work hours including some nights and weekends
