As a Product Manager Predictive Buying you have the opportunity to design the solution that will optimize our buying decisions, creating a distinct impact that will directly affect over 30m customers. Predictive analytics will be used to optimize various business metrics including improving the efficiency of our workforce. The SP&A team uses cutting edge technology, data science and machine learning to forecast demand and analyze risks long before the season starts with a focus on business and customer experience. Partnerships happen with the applied sciences research team, all key engineering and product teams, along with business team members.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
- Design and execute the mid-term product vision to optimize our buying decisions
- Understand the challenges in the buying quantification and carve out what is really worth solving
- Drive delivery with your engineering and data science team in an agile development process
- Develop sound methods to evaluate and track the success and progress of your product
- Substantial product management experience (5+ years), incl. operational research, data science or machine learning
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand, analyze and clearly communicate business problems and priorities to engineering teams and business stakeholders
- An analytical mind, able to break down complex problems with logical and easy to understand frameworks, paired with the ability to identify, retrieve, and process the needed data
- Entrepreneurial and commercially minded attitude. You're passionate about building pragmatic, scalable solutions that deliver business results
