As a Team Lead Markets you revolutionize the way we plan and localize our flash sale portfolio by putting the customer to the core of everything we do. You are responsible for achieving our monthly country cases while capturing local demand the best possible way. You mentor, coach, and develop your high performing team and you will be the main stakeholder for all Supply and Demand related departments.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
Functioning as an expert in the local markets demand, you set the strategic frame for your Market managers who are in charge of developing their Market playbooks and implementing them via unique daily flash sale portfolios.

You and your team account for delivering a customer centric and seasonal assortment and onsite navigation, and therefore own the financial KPI's, and their achievement.

You lead and align cross-functional initiatives to improve our business performance on country level, and ensure that our Market strategies and demands are heard and supported by our stakeholders.

You bring the Markets team to the next level by coaching and developing our talent within the team and help them grow their Market knowledge and strategic mindset.

You develop our processes and the planning toolkit that enables us to automate our manual interaction and decision making, and represent our Markets in cross-functional workshops that improve the customer and onsite experience.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You bring a university degree in business / marketing and at least 8 years of experience in leading and coaching teams in an international Fashion and Lifestyle environment

You have profound knowledge of brands, trends, in marketing, as well as a good understanding of customer needs and the competitive landscape in the European Fashion retail market

You are a strong networker, who anticipates needs and mediates the interests of diverse stakeholders to get everyone on board, even on difficult decisions.

You have a deep understanding of the retail math KPIs and Forecasting practices, that enable you to pre-empt problems before they arise and take the necessary action to protect sales and profit.

Must be fluent in English - experience in European Fashion eCommerce a big plus.
