The role of the High Jewellery Client experience team, is to define and implement the strategy of High Jewellery experiences linked to the brand DNA of the Maison destined for the VIP clients and high potential prospects worldwide. Aligned with the High-End commercial strategy these experiences contribute to the development of High-End clients and contribute to the commercial development of the High-End business.

DESCRIPTION

This position, will report to the International High Jewellery client experience Manager. The successful candidate will develop and manage High Jewellery client experiences at the International level, working closely with the regional teams and the worldwide markets.

He/she will have the responsibility to participate in the definition and implementation of the strategy of client experiences, to develop opportunities of growth for the High-End business. The role will be strongly client focused with a clear understanding of VIP client expectations in the luxury environment.

The candidate will be responsible for a fully transversal coordination at the International level, regions and the markets in a transversal and collaborative way.

  • Participate in the definition of the High Jewellery client experience strategy:
    • Participate in the definition and implementation of a High Jewellery client experience strategy linked to the brand DNA aligned with the High-End commercial strategy and that of the Maison.
    • Implement experiences with the international & local opportunities: HJ events and Retail initiatives strategy to promote commercial activity throughout the year.
    • Collaborate & coordinate with regions and markets on content and planning aligned with the International strategy.


  • Participate in creation & development of new experiences
    • Collaborate with internal contributors & external agency to build content for experiences.
    • Identify and collaborate with external experts to create experiences.
    • Build an experiential client journey for clients for the High-End business including High Jewellery, Special Orders, High-End and watches, Fine Jewellery etc.
    • Ensure that all initiatives are adapted locally and with a personalized dimension for High-Jewellery clients.


  • Implementation of the High Jewellery client experiences
    • Project management and roll-out of experiences in markets in collaboration with regions
    • Contribute to improvement of operational processes, logistic follow up etc.
    • Transversal coordination of projects at international, regional and market level
    • Operational implementation on-site during events and in Paris
    • Communicate on key success factors & sharing of best practices in the worldwide High Jewellery community


  • Monitoring & Performance Analyses
    • Build qualitative KPIs to understand key success factors at international, regional, market and client levels.
    • Perform analyses to identify new opportunities to elevate client experiences
    • Work on strategic planning for development of client experiences.
    • Define and develop best practices in markets and regions
    • Lead initiatives for competition monitoring


    REQUIREMENTS

    The candidate will require strong project management skills, with a strong capacity to create highly qualitative experiential content.

    Graduate of Business School or University (Master) in project management, with good creative, strategic, operational and communication skills. The candidate need to have capacity to switch between strategic and operational projects.

    The candidate must have great sensitivity to clients' needs and aspirations. He must be organized, creative, pragmatic and proactive. Solution orientated, team player and ability to multitask must be considered as an asset.

    Professional experience: Ideally 5 years of Client experience/Client development/Retail/Events & PR/Operational marketing in a luxury environment in a multiculral environement.

    Languages:
    • Fluency in French
    • Fluency in English (oral and written)


    Full competencies in Pack Office.
