WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • You have profound knowledge in the eCommerce field and have led teams therein for at least three years
  • You excel through competent leadership and take on disciplinary tasks
  • Ideally, you already know our product “TB.One” or have worked with it
  • You have a high level of understanding of business and IT processes
  • You have already worked with tools like Salesforce, Google Suite, Jira and Confluence
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving skills, which ensure that you achieve your strategic objectives
  • You are characterized by individual initiative, resilience, and assertiveness
  • You are well organized, proactive, and assertive, but still a team player who enjoys working in an international environment
  • You have great communication skills that make it easier for you to work with colleagues, stakeholders, and management
  • Fluent German and English skills complete your profile

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You are responsible for a team, which knows exactly what our international customers need in order to develop their full potential
  • You drive the development of Tradebyte’s Enterprise customers as well as our most important Professional Customers by providing tailor-made services and solutions, be it in our core market or internationally
  • You use your strategic and organizational talent to increase output and success by pushing the efficiency of processes
  • You are constantly looking for ways to improve our services and market presence in an increasingly competitive environment
  • You have a leading role in building, cultivating and developing DTC business
  • In close cooperation with your Team Owners, you act as an entrepreneur to support the Business Unit’s development
  • You build strong relationships with your most important Key Accounts, coordinate customer meetings, work on strategic roadmaps and ensure a smooth daily work process
