WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • You have profound knowledge in the eCommerce, marketplace or retail business
  • You excel through your professional competence and appreciative leadership
  • Ideally, you have two or more years of relevant experience in project or customer success management
  • You have a high level of understanding of IT and business processes
  • You have already worked with tools like Salesforce, Google Suite, Jira and Confluence
  • You can convince others with your natural or already proven leadership skills (preferably in eCommerce/a digital environment) and have a keen ability to mentor, coach and motivate your team member
  • You are highly customer-oriented and determined to establish long-term customer relationships
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving skills, which ensure that you achieve your strategic objectives
  • You are characterized by individual initiative, resilience, and assertiveness
  • You are well organized, proactive and assertive but still a team player who enjoys working in an international environment
  • You have great communication skills that make it easier for you to work with colleagues, stakeholders, and management
  • Fluent German and English skills complete your profile (minimum B2)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You manage the technical leadership for a cross-functional team, whose task it is to ensure the success and delivery of our most important marketplace customers
  • You collaborate with other teams (e.g. sales, product development, marketing, etc.) to optimize the customer experience
  • You work closely with the “New Business” team to identify and nurture opportunities for expansion as part of our go-to-market strategy
  • You enable your team to build strong relationships with Tradebyte’s most important marketplace accounts, but you also manage and develop several accounts and projects on your own
  • You ensure that briefing, planning, and delivery are completed on time for all projects while focusing on efficiency and scalability
  • You are constantly looking for ways to improve our services and market presence in an increasingly competitive environment
