Digital Retail is the core of HUGO BOSS AG's E-Commerce activities. We ensure that hugoboss.com is a class-leading website, inspiring our customers and easily helping them to buy their HUGO BOSS products. You are fluent in English and Dutch? To strengthen our continuously growing department we are looking for a Junior Digital Live Chat Manager (m/f/d).

What you can expect:

  • Answer all customer inquiries in Dutch and English via mail, phone, online chat and social channels (whatsapp, facebook, instagram, twitter, new channels for future) regarding products, services, order information, accounts and general details building on knowledge obtained from peers and trainings
  • Recognize returning customers and providing best in class experience through cross selling and upselling
  • Support in creation and maintenance of daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports to measure performance of the overall business and chat team e.g. consolidation of checkout & chat survey findings and sharing with stakeholders
  • Report escalated customer issues to mid to senior team members for speedy resolution
  • Create, update and maintain first draft of the process flows and Signavios for all current and future processes in place


Your profile:

  • Oral and written language proficiencies in English and Dutch is a must, proficiency in additional languages are a plus e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Japanese
  • Flexibility of schedule to include evenings, weekends and shift work depending on business needs
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with experience in Retail/ personal shopping/ E-Commerce or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of customer experience
  • Strong service oriented working style, tactfulness and patience
  • Solution focused mindset and eye for detail facilitates your daily work
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
