Position Overview
Oversee the delivery of the brand visual proposition in store, ensuring that Seasonal Guidelines are adapted and creative solutions are offered to maximise layout and presentation Utilise commercial reports to understand store performance, ensuring visual presentation is both commercial and consistent Champion and uphold Model Store standards, coaching the in store team on brand expectation Maintain all visual displays in store including mannequin styling, props and product Support the store team with all BP actions and provide store specific solutions Take a key role in the commercial evaluation of the store and its space mix Regularly communicate with the Field Brand Presentation specialist and undertake any additional tasks set out by them
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Deliver inspiring, commercial and consistent creative displays and mannequin styling in store
* Create seasonal floor plans and layouts, in line with corporate strategy
* Implement seasonal and campaign guidelines, adapting to maximize layout and presentation
* Ensure Visual Merchandising is a priority within the daily working rhythms of store team
* Set clear weekly visual focuses and lead / oversee completion of daily tasks
* Work closely with store team to ensure all actions are implemented to best practice RL standards
* Deliver regular VM training and coaching to upskill and engage in-store team
* Develop VM talent within store team
* Use commercial reports to understand store performance and identify opportunities
* Communicate confidently with store team; one-to-one, through briefings and via in-store comms tools
* Work collaboratively with Regional Visual Manager (RVM), General Manager (GM) and other key stakeholders
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
* Minimum of 3 years store based Visual Merchandising management experience
* Experience of working in retail within a fast-paced, customer centric environment
* Excellent styling and visual merchandising skills
* Strong, confident communication skills
* Ability to provide effective feedback, coach and guide others
* Ability to come up with strategic, creative ideas that are commercial and brand appropriate
* Experience managing commercial performance
* Strong communications skills, both verbal and written in German and English Our benefits
