Position Overview
* Replenish the sales floor with pace & accuracy, ensure that all styles, sizes, colors are available at all times
* Transfers stock to/from floor
* Receive delivery and ensuring that the delivery is accurate
* Execute & maintain customer support model store guidelines & standards to excellent standards
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Uses retail and customer expertise to maximize sales opportunities by prioritizing merchandise flow to the sales floor.
* Ensures adequate supplies to create and maintain an effective stockroom environment
* Process deliveries using guidelines to ensure productivity targets are exceeded (UPH)
* Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards to reduce shrink
* Demonstrate full understanding of relevant Department standard Operating Procedures
* May help train or provide guidance and support to New Associates
* Assumes role of Polo Buddy during the on boarding process
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced and dynamic environment
* Previous exposure to a retail stock environment,
* Excellent Customer Service skills according to RL Selling Culture Sales Model
* Demonstrates One Team, One Family focused on the Customer
* Able to adapt quickly to change and support others
* Demonstrates and ability to engage others, utilizing Business Tools
* Required language: local language, English to an intermediate level
