Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure that Partner's employees keep RL corners/stores to the highest possible RL standards Track sales KPI's and key performance indicators per account, per corner and report data to leadership (Control stock level to drive productivity (Fashion and BSR) ) Propose and deliver accurate business action plan based on retail sales analysis and company strategy Transversal Staff Partner's management: give guidance and action plan when needed Develop a close and loyal relationship with all their major accounts to grow business & communicate to Sales team local market update, opportunities and competitors data
