Hong Kong

Our Hong Kong office is found in the amazing fashion district, Wong Chuk Hang. This is where our Asia Production teamwork in a specially designed studio and production office.

The Role

You will be responsible for elevating the fashion concierge business model through an effective logistics support approach. Reporting to Sourcing Manager, the role will be responsible for supporting daily sales operations and managing the logistics flow to meet our ambitious growth objectives. We're looking for someone with super strong operational and luxury service acumen with a solutions-focused hands-on approach. Past exposure to the world of luxury retail, personal shopping or VIP services is ideal. You must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of exceeding KPI targets through exceptional operations logistics support and communication skills.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Brand Specialist with processing online/offline, domestic/international transactions
  • Own orders and returns management process from A-Z: including (but not limited to) filing documents, logging incoming/outgoing shipments, packing and shipping customer orders, manage messenger/UPS/DHL deliveries and pickups
  • Proactively contribute to ongoing improvements in order to streamline transactions and logistics operations
  • Collaborate with FARFETCH Partner Service team to ensure operational excellence for Fashion Concierge group
  • Assist internal teams with various administrative tasks such as filing receipts & expenses, maintaining backlogged orders, updating contact directory, upload products catalog, etc.

Who You Are

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Superior problem-solving skills, proven ability to troubleshoot daily operational issues
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure and/or tight deadlines
  • Understanding of the retail industry and handling luxury products
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
  • Not afraid to roll-up your sleeves, with no task is too small attitude
