Position Overview

The role of video, content, and dynamic experiences on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok are ever changing, and to keep up we must dedicate equal time to the HOW and the WHAT. To best develop our Ralph Lauren social presence to its best-in-class use and continue to evolve it to meet new business and industry needs. The primary objective of the role will be to support the Global Social team, in project management, administration and delivery of campaigns from brief to publishing. You will also learn and support the strategic thinking and insights-led publishing for our social platforms, in partnership with a dynamic digital team. Success in the role will come from developing strong communication and organizational skills, supporting the team within an extremely fast-paced environment and operationalizing all social media campaigns and publishing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Work collaboratively with the global marketing, brand creative teams, and regional teams to outline a considered workflow for social publishing
* Support on social publishing and communications with wider teams on "run of show" for all campaigns
* Support and help administrate global Ralph Lauren social media campaigns, from brief to delivery of publishing
* Support on global campaigns; partnering with wider teams to deliver social-first experiences in an engaging, innovative and data-informed way
* Partner with the analytics team in crafting insight-led recommendations for campaigns/initiatives, on-going channel best practices and publishing
* Research competitors, industry trends and expert guidance and help translate insights into actionable recommendations
* Collaborate and support on all social needs across brand campaigns, special projects, and social-first activations

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Proven track record working and supporting teams with administration, within a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of social media marketing trends, best practices, and platform innovations
* Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills (with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously)
* Ability to work and take initiative in a fast-moving, ever-evolving environment a must
* Passion for social media, fashion, luxury and lifestyle brands a plus
* Experience with publishing for social media a plus #LI-AD1
