London

Our London office is located in Old Street, London's tech hub, home to a broad range of teams including Commercial, Marketing, and Product. We have large open plan spaces and a feature staircase connecting our 3 floors, encouraging our collaborative and open culture. We also have a big outdoor terrace where we can have lunch and host social events when the sun comes out!

Reporting to the Promotions & Loyalty Manager, you will support in creating, executing and coordinating global, cross-functional trading activities including Promo and Sale.

You will help deliver a world-class promotional experience as well as support Loyalty team on loyalty specific campaigns.

The role is within the Customer Retention Team but will work cross functionally with CRM, Marketing Planning, Product, Tech, Customer Research, Marketing Analytics and the Private Clients team to create, implement and improve promotional and sale campaigns. The candidate must be passionate about customer experience, have a strong commercial mindset, with an ability to use customer analytics to drive insights. The candidate must also be comfortable and excited by a fast moving and changing environment and be able to demonstrate fast learning skills, structured thinking and problem solving

what you'll do:

  • Promotional Trade & Campaign Management


-Responsible for co-ordination and delivery of global, cross-functional trading activities including Promo and Sale as well as market specific such as Singles Day, Black Friday weekend etc.

-Develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams to best understand and deliver on business goals and priorities.

-Manage cross-functional taskforces to align global and local efforts and resources.

-Responsible for campaign briefing to teams and supporting admin

-Be able to revise the plan on short notice, when conditions change or new learning emerges

-Responsible for running cross-functional working teams to meet or exceed success criteria needed to execute a successful promotional plan.

-Execute and track campaign deliverable, milestones, action items, dependencies, risks and mitigation plans

-Manage and execute Promotion creation for key International and Global campaigns

-Responsible for coordination of Promo and Sale troubleshooting and timely CS support

-Coordinate in-depth post-campaign analysis, coordinate Lessons Learned with key teams and lead on future improvements.

-Manage the Promo backlog to drive improvements and new functionalities, working closely with Product and Marketing, thereby facilitating promotional capabilities across Trade, Customer acquisition, and Retention

-Manage regular updates on dedicated internal Workplace group

  • Marketplace Support


-Execute on key short term and long term trade priorities, liaising with internal functions such as Ops, Product, Marketing etc. as necessary, thereby improving performance across major KPIs while driving growth

-Regular analysis of competitive activity including all major International and Global campaigns; liaise with International teams on deeper analysis and supply weekly updates to senior teams.

Who you are:

  • A good understanding of the luxury fashion industry
  • Understanding of International Marketing and website management
  • Experience of using web analytics data to drive revenue and conversion
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with an advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Experience with Looker and in SQL advantageous
  • Commercially focused and driven, with the ability to work towards metrics and manage budgets
  • A flexible, approachable attitude with good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work with, and influence, all levels of the organisation
  • Self-driven and willingness to 'roll up your sleeves'
  • Project management experience
