About the role

Responsible for all aspects of marketing for storesand online including brand management, full funnel and media strategies, web siteexperience partnering with our global online teams , CRM (emails & Gap+loyalty app), trade promotions, traffic driving strategies and in-storemarketing signage across European Gap (specialty) and Gap Outlet stores.

Rolling out campaigns, brand & seasonalglobal strategies from our New York head quarter and localizing where relevant,the role manages and develops local brand communications to effectivelycommunicate Gap's brand positioning across all sub-brands, (Women's, Men's,Body/GapFit, Kids and Baby) within each EU country (UK, IRE, FRA, ITA), ensuringout of store, online and in store marketing align with overall business andmarketing objectives.

Drivenew ideas and strategies to retain, grow or acquire new customers

Leadingmedia partnerships and relationships, including media planning, asset deliveryfrom Global Marketing, creative development of advertising materials andpost-campaign effectiveness.

Developingand executing European strategy for online, traffic driving, brand engagementand customer events, across all EU territories and sub-brands.

Drivingcurrent and new omni promotional initiatives, including traffic driving andbrand building ideas.

Ensuringall CRM, loyalty, social media, digital and event strategies are integratedwith overall EU marketing strategy.

Responsiblefor voice of the brand in a digital space, in alignment with the globalmarketing direction and local product strategy.

Managethe omni retail marketing, Loyalty/CRM and consumer engagement/media team

Ensureteams execute plans in timely manner

Participate& contribute in European cross-functional strategy meetings.

Representand drive European marketing objectives and strategies within the wider EUbusiness strategies

Influenceand guide EU Inventory Management to establish most appropriate promotional orproduct communication strategies for each season.

Who you are

• Must be highly commercially and able to work within a very trade/promotional focus environment
• Proven success in brand management with strong leadership skills
• Have a good understanding and experience of pan-country marketing
• Good Knowledge of Social, Digital activities
• An expressed understanding of the Gap brand (including aesthetic, taste level)
• Proven experience and ability to work with creative organisation
• Ability to apply strategic thinking to all marketing mediums
• Broad knowledge of competitive designersetailers for the Adult, Kids, Baby and Body sub-brands
• Current relevant market trends and consumer behaviour
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven track record in managing budgets to target
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills developed in a matrix global environment.
• Highly flexible and adapts well to a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to manage and direct multiple projects
