The Category Operations Team is a highly specialized Team focusing on excellent and efficient high-quality execution in Buying and Merchandising processes. In this team you will become an expert on the purchase to pay process. You will be responsible for the entire process from creating an order to ensuring that all articles we ordered are delivered on time and have all information needed to go online. You will get an opportunity to work with the biggest brands in the fashion industry. You will be in daily contact with the brands, the buying and the planning teams.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED

Support our category management team in all operational and administrative matters, especially in placing purchase orders into our systems and check them for accuracy and managing the delivery schedule of intake on a daily, weekly, monthly basis in close cooperation with the supply chain management of our suppliers
Prepare and maintain the master data of our products in our merchandise management system as well as focus on entering all order-related data to our system (EAN-Matching, Supplier Data) to ensure high quality orders
Be the first contact person for our international suppliers for all operational topics and assist in setting up and maintaining condition contracts. Communicate with them to ensure the availability of our products and coordinate returns with our suppliers and warehouses
Find solutions that will contribute to optimizing our pre-season and in-season processes

WHAT WE´RE LOOKING FOR

Apprenticeship or first relevant professional experience in an administrative role. Ideally, you also have experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP etc.)
Focus on accuracy and quality while working with data and numbers. Extensive experience working with MS Office, especially Excel
Thriving in fast-paced environments, embracing collaboration and acting proactively. Be open to continuous change and actively seek improvements and practical solutions in your area of responsibility
Ownership and accountability for your tasks and responsibilities. Organizing your workload efficiently, ensuring tasks are ready on time, are accurate and prioritized accordingly
