KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plans, operates and evaluates boutique operations on an ongoing basis partnering with Bloomingdales
  • Establishes, achieves and surpasses sales targets. Represents brand in local market to increase client base and sales, as well as to improve brand image and visibility.
  • Manages boutique staff and is a great leader. Motivates and inspires teamwork while growing, developing and maintaining sales. Partner with Bloomingdales to hire, integrate, develop, motivate and monitor all boutique staff.
  • Maintains stock level, and reviews optimal level needed to promote sales growth in individual market.
  • Adheres to financial procedures and reporting at boutique level. Responsible for overall boutique appearance and maintenance.
  • Identifies, reports, and investigates market opportunities and challenges for brand within market. Supervise a headcount of 4 employees.
  • Implements and enforces companywide directives - acts a true liaison between Chloe and Bloomingdales


JOB PROFILE

Education:
  • High school.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.


Required Experience:
  • Concession/Dept store retail experience (5+ years)
  • Managerial experience (5+ years)
  • Luxury goods experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Clienteling and Customer Relations
  • Client Book preferred


Technical Skills / Abilities:
  • Prioritization skills
  • Computer proficient; Excel, Outlook
  • Negotiating skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
