Amazon Fashion is seeking a creative and analytical individual to join the social media and influencer team within the Amazon Fashion business. Our ideal candidate will help drive awareness and boost Amazon Fashion’s industry credibility via content partnerships and original content development. A deep understanding of the social media landscape, trends and platforms is required for this role. A strong pulse on fashion influencers, emerging talent, and digital talent is also required in order to concept, plan and execute content programs with a social media lens.


Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or content marketing

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communication or related degree.

• Demonstrated ability to develop content strategies across teams, manage creative partners, and deep understanding of the social media landscape.

• Experience with design tools, including Photoshop.

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

• Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Responsibilities:

• Develop social media content strategies to reach various business objectives, inclusive of both brand-driving and sales-driving initiatives

• Set and measure monthly social media goals

• Work with others on the Amazon Fashion social media team determine the proper KPIs and tools necessary to measure social media content

• Collaborate internally with PR, creative, traffic, ads and analytics teams on content programs
• Research and identify influencers that can help meet Amazon Fashion’s goals (bloggers, Instagrammers, YouTubers, TikTok creators, and emerging tastemakers) and develop new forward-thinking content tests

• Organize, simplify, and manage existing editorial calendars and processes to streamline and scale our social media work

• Develop creative briefs for designers and content creators

• Support in business negotiations

• Create content. Work internally with our creative team to capture content native to relevant social media formats.

• Collaborate with paid social ads team on content creation and social content strategies

• Develop innovative content ideas on a weekly basis to remain nimble and maintain Amazon Fashion’s always-on presence

• Project manage content programs, including developing timelines and managing the legal and financial needs

• Analyze data, write concise recaps and report on the success of our social media channels and content

 

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
